Australian & New Zealand History of Education Society (ANZHES) Established in 1971

The aim of ANZHES is to collect and distribute information relating to the study, teaching and research in the history of education.

A further aim is to sponsor and support such activities as may encourage research and exchange of ideas on the history of education.

Call for Tenders for the Editorship of History of Education Review - 2018-2022

ANZHES is seeking Tenders for the Editorship of its journal, History of Education Review. The Editor or Editors shall be responsible for all matters associated with its academic mission within the guidelines of the publisher (Emerald) and any advice from the ANZHES Committee or Conference. The term of office shall be five years, subject to review at the end of three years. Previous Editors may re-apply. The closing date for submissions is 31 March 2017.

ANZHES Oral History Fellowship - $15,000

ANZHES is seeking a suitably qualified Early Career Researchers to assume the position of ANZHES Oral History Fellow to manage the ANZHES Oral History Project. The project will collect oral histories and other memorabilia from former and current members who volunteer to participate.
